Privacy

Keepwell collects as little as possible.

When you visit

Keepwell doesn't use advertising trackers and doesn't sell or share information about readers.

When you report an error

The form sends us what you type: the page you're reporting, what's wrong, and your email address if you choose to give it. We use this only to check and fix the error, and to reply to you if you asked us to. We delete it once the report is dealt with.

When you vote in a poll or tell us whether a story was useful

Your answer is counted without your name or any other detail about you. For polls, only the share of votes for each answer is shown; "Was this story useful?" answers are seen only by us, to learn which stories readers value. Your browser remembers your answer, so it doesn't ask again; this stays on your device and isn't a cookie. To stop one person answering many times, we keep a scrambled code made from your internet address, which can't be turned back into the address. We delete these codes when a poll closes, and after a week for "Was this story useful?".

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct information we hold about you. Email [email protected].
